Terms and Conditions
Everyone is expected to treat each other with courtesy and kindness.

You should wear plain dark clothes that are comfortable for moving around in. You are very welcome to wear costumes for this event.

We cannot store your bags at the venue. Any bags left unattended may be removed.

You must be able to conduct yourself in a responsible manner in order to participate. This is entirely at the discretion of the host of your experience and the venue staff.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted at these events.

You will be given support on how to get the most out of your experience. Repsonsibility remains with the individual for your conduct.

Absolutely no weapons are allowed in the event area.

full face masks are not allowed. Partial masks are permitted.

Characters are identified by their ID badges. Make sure you badge is visible at all times. Do not refer to people by their real names.

Omen Star Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage to persons or property including consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind.

Omen Star Ltd reserve the right to cancel bookings for any reason and at any time. Omen Star Ltd cannot be held liable for any resulting loss, damage, cost or expense.

You may be suject to a bag search before entering the venue for everyones safety.

You must follow instructions from Omen Star ltd.

No physical contact is permited between the particpants unless explicitly and verbally agreed.

You should remain aware of your surroundings at all time and take care not to crash into other particpants or the set. No running or shouting.

Our hosts will supervise the session throughout, and will remove anyone they deem to be disruptve to the smooth running of the event.

This experience involves moving around a theatrical set which may include low-light areas, uneven flooring, and fixed obstacles. You must not run, climb, or act in a physically reckless manner. You must follow all safety instructions from our staff. You are responsible for navigating the environment safely.

We reserve the right to immediately remove any participant, without refund, for behaviour that breaches our safety rules or seriously disrupts the experience for others, at the sole discretion of the Facilitator.
