Are tickets refundable?
Sadly we are not in a position to support refunds or resale of tickets. You can transfer your ticket to another person, but the original ticket holder will not be able to attend without purchasing another ticket.
Can I purchase a ticket on the day at the venue?
Tickets are only available from the website through the TicketTailor link. We do not maintain a box office at the venue.

What is the Cyberzone?
The Cyberzone is a live roleplaying experience where you take on the role of a citizen in a future dystopian version of London.
Where is the Cyberzone
The event is held at Theatre Deli at Leadenhall Street in London on the Third Floor. It can be reached by Bank or Aldgate Station on the Underground or Fenchurch Street overground Station.

Is there an age requirement?
Yes, you need to be 18+ to partake in the Cyberzone experience!
How long is the experience?
The experience is about 3 hours long including the briefing and allowing for time at the end so you are not just rushed out of the door. There is an interval where you can get refreshments and you are able to take breaks whenever you need to.
What type of clothing should I wear?
Wear something suitable for the setting, this can be as simple as a dark trousers and a hoodie. But the more you go all in the more it will add to every one’s experience! Dressing up is encouraged.
The experience is indoors.
Please note that real or fake weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Are there flashing lights?
At the Cyberzone there will not be any strobe lighting, but there will be lighting effects through out the experience.
Is there food and drink?
There will not be any food served at the experience, however food is available in the intimidate area and the theater deli bar is also available.
Can I take photos and/or record the experience?
Yes however if you do we ask that you are respectful of those around you and get the consent of the other participants in your session and that you do it in character.
Are there toilets?
Yes there are toilets and accessible toilets at the venue.
Do I need to speak with other people?
Yes, this is a live role playing experience. There will be connections and objectives in your character sheet that makes it so you have a reason to speak to the other characters, and they will have connections and objectives relating to you.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot to check in. Before the experience begins there will be briefings.
If you miss the briefings you might not be able to join the session.
If you arrive late, please speak to a member of the team.
Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
It is a fully indoors experience.
Is there a cloakroom available?
There is a small cloakroom available, to make sure everyone can use it only put in small bags, coats or other wearable items.
Please note that as the cloakroom is open to everyone anything you choose to store there is at your own risk.
Setting
Is the Cyberzone based on a game?
No, the Cyberzone is not based on any existing game or other media in the cyberpunk genre. It has it’s own unique setting.
Do I need to know anything about the lore?
No, the Cyberzone has been designed in such a way that you do not need to know anything about the setting or lore before showing up for your session.

Yes there is a lift!
Can I visit in a wheelchair?
Yes.
Are there flashing lights, strobe lights, haze or other effects to be aware of?
There will be lighting effects and loud noises throughout. This is an integral part of the experience. These lighting effects include flashing lights and possibly loud noises.

We are happy to offer free entry if you are supporting. Please contact us so we can make sure the correct provisions are made based on what is needed.
